Please see the terms of sale below as these can vary depending on the type of purchase you make.The dispatch times and refund/return policies may differ from personalised items to ready made stock items.


Personalised Items Terms of Sale

Your item will made then posted out 2 to 5 working days after we have received payment in full. Please be aware that during the busy times like Christmas, items do take longer as the orders increase as well a greater level of post at that time of year .

We do not offer refunds on personalised items,such as name chains,engraved items photo discs or wedding rings which are personalised.

If there is an error on our behalf we will rectify. If the error is the customers we will endeavour to put right. This may incur a charge so please take care with spelling on name chains and/or engraving. Please be specific when requesting engraving, if you would like capital letters be clear.For example,we will engrave as asked;

• If you write "happy birthday james" we will copy as written.
• If you need the capitals,"Happy Birthday James" please be clear.
• If an item is considered to be faulty please return,and we will replace after inspection.
• If you buy an item and change your mind, you may prefer a different gauge, length or style,we are happy to exchange for the price difference plus postage.

Our address is on all invoices as is our phone number. The address is also shown below. Please be sure to provide your full name and address and telephone number when making a return as this will allow us to find you quicker. In fact if you can return with invoice it would be helpful.


Chains/Bracelets etc Terms of Sale

Your order will be posted out 1 to 3 working days once we have received cleared payment.In many cases it will be sent same day.

If you wish to return your item, please send back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus the original postal costs. The item(s) must be returned unworn in its original condition with it's original box/packaging. Our address is on all invoices and again at the bottom of this page.

Please make sure you include your full name and address, telephone number and eBay ID to avoid any delay.
